MONDAY, JUNE 30
Applications Due for Broadway in the Park. Majestic Theatre is organizing a free community concert to be held Aug. 2 at Bruce Starker Arts Park. Prospective performers can visit here for the information, which includes the opportunity to perform with a three-piece house band. Applications close at 11:59 p.m. on June 30.
Hollingsworth & Vose Cleaner Air Oregon Risk Assessment Presentation, 5:30 – 7 p.m., Corvallis-Benton County Public Library, 645 NW Monroe Ave. Authorities from the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality and Oregon Health Authority will discuss the results of an assessment of the Corvallis glass fiber plant, followed by a group question-and-answer session. Sick Town Roller Derby Skate Camp, 6 – 8 p.m. Mondays, June 30 – Aug. 25, Langton Hall, Gym 300, OSU Campus, 2450 SW Jefferson Way. The cost is $70 per skater for the 9-week skate camp. Participants must be over the age of 18. See here to register.
